2. Description of Service

GES Lesson Notes generates GES/NaCCA-aligned lesson notes and schemes of work for Ghanaian primary school teachers. Generated content is a planning aid and does not replace your professional judgement or the official curriculum documents.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it to produce unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The GES Lesson Notes name, logo and software are the property of their respective owners. Curriculum references remain the property of the Ghana Education Service / NaCCA. Lesson notes you generate remain yours for personal teaching use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; always review generated notes before classroom use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GES Lesson Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
